Go to a archery shop and shoot different manufactures and models, pick the one that's comfortable to YOU. I shoot Martin a friend of mine shoots Hoyt he doesn't like the feel of mine and i don't like the feel of his so pick what fits you.

Wife's going on a week long girls trip in Northern California and would like to have a SAT phone for a week or so that has call-in call-out, texting and gps tracking. I have never used one so just wondering if any one has any suggestions.

Kinda like oyster Rockefeller , but i use cilantro, garlic, onion , bacon bits, hot sauce (Tapatio or similar) i use a homemade version, butter, and lime juice. Mix it and heat it up until the butter melts . I do mine on the bbq , shuck them, spoon in the mix and down the hatch.

I also make jerky but it’s tough to beat this

And most people toss away the thigh and top of goose legs of geese. I use all birds thighs and legs for something, tacos, spaghetti etc. Chop it ,slice it, grind it, make anything you want just add seasoning. I hate wasting food especially the food i work for!

Since i had a bunch of tenders left after making goose pastrami I decided to make chili. Turned out great
