Kinda like oyster Rockefeller , but i use cilantro, garlic, onion , bacon bits, hot sauce (Tapatio or similar) i use a homemade version, butter, and lime juice. Mix it and heat it up until the butter melts . I do mine on the bbq , shuck them, spoon in the mix and down the hatch.

heck I'm fishing in Eureka Ca ill even buy the oysters if you provide the beer. Better warn you i cowboy for a living so I'd be getting off cheap on that deal.
Those do look good. I've tried raw oysters several different ways and I find them nasty. I do like smoked oysters though.
