I think this will go all the way to the Supreme Court. The land owner ( and others who own big properties) have deep pockets and this ruling is really consequential.

I have a muzzle brake on .300 Wby (external threads on the muzzle). What are the size & threads used on the silencers? Do you still need a fed permit? Do the silencers effect the accuracy?
