Got my first Archery kill (the Antelope) with a 40+ yard shot after sitting 38 hours in a blind. And then hunted hard until the last day and shot my deer at 500 yards!!!

Hunted hard until the last day, for one of the monsters we were hunting. After hiking in every day in the dark, we ended up setting up and letting 5 hunters push the bucks to us at about 10 am! Funny how things work out!

With all the Sheep tags they already give out, who thinks they should start to give out some of them for the Stick-and-String hunters. What are your thoughts?

I was 40 & 80 yards from this buck during the archery season! Just couldn't get it done. Haven't seen him since about mid-August, and I have a feeling I won't again this year. Talked to a guy who missed him opening morning and his friend missed him opening evening. One LUCKY BUCK!

Anybody ever bow hunted the Mount Moriah Wilderness for Mule Deer. Looking for an early season backpack hunt, and was wondering if it was worth a look. Any info willl help!!!
