Short answer is yes, you can hunt the private located inside the WMA boundaries. However, pay agent to any new info that comes out for 2026. I typically don't look at deer hunts until late April so I can see the new regulations and tag numbers.

150 grain in 7mm-08 is very effective on elk. Don't over think it. Out to 300 yards, virtually any factory load will work fine.
