The season started here on April 1 and runs until June 30 so I have plenty of time, at least that's what I'm telling myself now. I haven't had time to get out at all with all the spring projects I want to get done. I'm planning at least one maybe two short weekender backpack trips into some lower elevation watersheds that I think might be right for bear. We'll see how that pans out, besides that a few mornings and evenings on the slopes, pipelines, or powerlines might do the trick. Anyhow good luck to everyone.

Our season in WY isn't open yet but I've been out looking for potential bait sites and shooting lanes in a new section that I just picked up.

Wont be going until May after rifle season opens here in Wyoming. Less snow then to deal with makes getting bait in easier.

Do you have many bears in OK. My oldest son lives there, and I was not aware that OK had a bear season.
