I ended up buying a new mountain bike. frick this thing rips, peddles up hill really good and so much fun on the downhill.

however, the local trails are a zoo right now. People need to go back to work.

I thought i was going to get some turkey porn this morning. The tom was all fanned out strutting and gobbling, The hen walked towards him. I thought she was going to lay down, but nope, walked away and then flew off of the cliff. You could see the tom's fan just drop.

the hens lay down so the tom can mount them. I have been lucky and have watched it a few times.

Elliptical run 3.25 miles 25:55 time.
Definitely fastest pace if it was run outside but I know the elliptical is bit easier then running the pavement. Still picked up 30 seconds or so from Tuesday

if it wasn't for going broke, i had the time of my life in april. 17 bike rides, 165 miles and 28,222 vertical feet of climbing. I like the new bike .
the snowmobiling was off the hook also. Glad i am back to work though.

Yesterday: 9 mountain miles. No bird. One distant gobble on private land. Getting warmer by the week. Not sure if I'm going out again.

Today: 2.75 mile run. 2.75 mile ruck with 41 lbs.

I know it's not the same as running out side but that's by far my PR time if compared to outside runs. My best time ever outside was 26:19 for a 5k
