I am going to admit how much of a nerd I am...

My fitbit doesn't track the bike riding very well...which means that I steer clear of it. You know it doesn't count if fitbit doesn't track it right????

My Fitbit doesnt pick it up either but shows the heart rate increase for a workout so I have to manually put it in

Not making excuses but work and running all over put a major damper in eating right and exercising for the last 4 days, but I did a 22hr fast and hit the gym hard this evening. Feels good to be back!! Bi/tri/shoulders - 48 mins

Was my squat day this morning. Capped it off with 10 minutes of intervals on the eliptical, my legs will feel it for a couple of days. Abs and shoulders are the focus tomorrow.

Friday is currently my clean day and Monday is my deadlift day. I am debating swapping them to start the week with clean type of exercises and closing it out with deadlift. Any thoughts?

Pushed for it bonecollector fell a bit short though

Recumbent bike 60 mins 22.12 miles new PR or dang close if it wasn't I know I was somewhere right at this point at one time

Nice work Marcus! I know it will be a challenge to hit the goal but that?s the point. Nice work on the PR. It won?t be long before you hit that goal.

For variety and ideas for others I'm gonna post my workout. I do a push , pull , legs day off. Wash, rinse repeat. Lots of the exercises are from a program off of Athlean X. He has a ton of good info on YouTube.

3 hours of yard work. Raking, shoveling the winters worth of two dogs byproduct taking things out of the shed for the kids. Was a great day to get out side and let them play balmy 60 degrees here feels nice

PR 5 mile run this morning, topped the old one by 1:29, and it was only about 38 degrees. Did about 30 mins single-tracking on the dirt bike early afternoon. (More work than you might think.) Also made my first goal of cutting to 158lbs today.
