did some "easy" squats for the first time in years! ugh! lol. Glad I went the easy route and shut it down early because the legs are screaming a lil bit! ha.

Nice work Marcus! Glad to see you're still meal prepping. Is the weight starting to come off?
Keep after it!

Well last time I really weighed was 5 weeks ago and I know that spell where I was sick for a week plus didnt do me well so I know I was up a lot just hadn't really weighed my self I finally did yesterday and was at 350 which is up 7.5 from my last weigh in. But last week was the first week of meal prepping and I feel so much better this week and feel lighter (sounds weird but no other way to describe it) I believe last week with meal prepping that i did lose weight but never weighed in to know forsure.
This has been a mental struggle for me the last year and honestly all my life. Stress has not helped forsure but not making excuses I'm hoping the setting aside time on my mondays when I'm off work to meal prep will help some of my struggles I've been dealing me. Me and you know I can do it it's a matter of me doing it.

I have the exercising down and ways to stay motivated.
