I wish my home state of TN would follow suite. Far to many cases where the most fine is the court cost and a suspended license.
We are starting to take importing cervids into the state seriously but in those cases it?s pure ignorance in the hunters part.

loss of hunting priviledges means nothing to men who have already shown themselves to be willing to ignore laws.

execute them in same manner they killed the elk.

Hasn't seen this yet. GREAT to hear! Nebraska has been very lax on poachers in the past. Hopefully this helps the problem.

Make it $10,000 across the board for all poaching, size shouldn't have any affect on the fine!!! Pisses me off with all the female critters shot and just left. Newest one ive heard about a cow elk shot and left this spring in the greys river are. But some kinda of more severe penality is a start!!!

In California the pot growers are killing off wildlife in the area of there growing operation plus destroying the land
I wish F&G would get tougher on the pochers here.
