Has been weird week.
Saturday no workout had to go cross state for bday party.
Sunday worked early ( never work sunday but coworker had emergency) decided to run to make up for saturday since sunday normally my rest day.
Monday
Rode recumbent bike 30 mins cross training setting.
Lifted also
Leg curls, leg extensions 3x10 (55,65lbs)
Ludges 3x20 alternating legs 20lbs
Squats 3x20. ( 45, 65,85)
Hip abductions and extensions 3x15
Shoulders press. 3x10 20lbs
Tricep press 3x10 20lbs
Weigh in Monday instead on sunday do to work
