Heading out for round two of elk hunting today. 4.5 miles in with a relatively small elevation gain considering the country.

Should be fun, but the bears have been very active which could make things a little bit challenging.

Ran a Dingo stump grinder 14 hrs this weekend.
Cleaned up debre and filed holes. 60 stumps - I'm whipped! Good workout and property looks better.

Has been weird week.

Saturday no workout had to go cross state for bday party.

Sunday worked early ( never work sunday but coworker had emergency) decided to run to make up for saturday since sunday normally my rest day.

Monday
Rode recumbent bike 30 mins cross training setting.

Lifted also
Leg curls, leg extensions 3x10 (55,65lbs)
Ludges 3x20 alternating legs 20lbs
Squats 3x20. ( 45, 65,85)
Hip abductions and extensions 3x15
Shoulders press. 3x10 20lbs
Tricep press 3x10 20lbs

Weigh in Monday instead on sunday do to work

DB Inclines: 55 x 10 x 4
EZ Curls worked up to 105 x 5 x 3
Strength Band Curls 3 sets of 10
Traps: 205 x 10 x 3

That sore is very foggy in my memory from the goat hunt from last year. Elk hunting starts on the 5th for a jr hunter. I think that memory is going to be rite up front and personal again.

The getting old part is real!

Ran was slower but the cold temperature and really sore legs from lifting and the hiit video

Starting the " snow prep" phase......20min hill climb with 11 min @ max% followed by my normal weights workout for that day. Then pm 20 min more of the same hill climb.
