Finally got my running pace back
Think ive been letting my self lazy in to a pace when running the last few weeks and thats why my times were getting worse. I pushed hard on this run and got closer to what i expect from myself.
I do have one question though for people that run. Do you ever have your feet "go to sleep" like that feeling when you lay on your arm to long. I been having an issue with it on my right foot for last few month right around the 2.4 mile mark till i finish my 3 mile run or till mile 4 or 5 before working its way out for longer runs. And when i stop running and walk my cool down it works it self out pretty quickly and i have no issues. Just looking if anyone knows a possibly what might. Cause it. One answer i have found is shoes but ive been running with the same kind since i started running and ive tried tighter or looser knots to see if that helps but nothing so far
