Leg Press - 3x10
Single leg squat - 3x10
Weighted step up - 3x10
Sled push with partner - down and back on BBall court - x2

This morning was Back & Biceps.

Looking forward to the Hill Climb after work tonight.

what motivational stuff do you have in your work out room? My work out room is the living room or the mountains. Can't do gyms.
But sean t was kicking my ass this morning, so I look over to a couple of herd bulls on the wall and get motivated.

Well I got 3 hours of trail clearing in on the wolf road. going to peddle it tonight and see how much more tree clearing. November and December have wreacked havoc on trees. I have probably cut out 50 trees in only a mile and a half. so far I have only cut out the bottom, the gated road than makes a uphill switch back to the right and I have cleared up to that. It then runs another 2 miles. I know I have some trees to cut out of there, but it should not be as bad as the bottom. I use a bike with a trailer to transport my saws.

I have area in my basement man cave area so i can watch my tv shows or hunting shows. Along with my turkey plaque and antlers from my first/only buck. Along with a ton of redwings memorabilia

Friday i did 25 mins on recumbent bike 7.1 miles rolling hills starting position lvl 3 my usual starting level

Saturday i did 20 mins on recumbent bike 6.2 miles rolling hills starting position lvl 4 starting at a higher resistance.

Sunday weigh in day lost 5 pounds this past week to put me down 35 pounds in the last 6 weeks. Not sure what my exercise will be

Decided to mix it up on Sunday:
Behind Neck Press sets up to 235lb x 5,
S/S Front, Rear, Side Delts (3x10)
S/S Abs & Pushups - (3x10)
S/S Traps & Burpees (3x15)

Revisited the Hub style with workout 2 nights ago. Kettlebell swings were the center of the workout, still sore two days later. Same type of workout tonight with squat/press at the center this evening. It is going to be a rough one...

Sunday i ended up taking a day off of exercising.

Monday. 40 mins on recumbent bike set to ride in the park. 11.2 miles. (Had to make up for the slice of pizza and 16oz of coors light)

Tuesday. 30 mins on the recumbent bike on pikes peak setting. 8.5 miles

Tuesday: Finalllly got my mountain-bike out.
Went 15 miles on a very hilly course. Even with all the running I do, I'm feeling it a little today, but not too bad. Great workout. Hit a different set of muscles.

Leg day! Lunges, step ups, lateral lunges, deadlifts, squat jumps, lunge jumps.

And Gonna ride my bike out to the beach. Spring break so hopefully traffic won't be bad!
