The attack pants are the best. I took my 145 merino for a spin this weekend. Hopefully it holds up over the season. I own a lot of their gear. Quality is great and availability sucks.

NMarcher, im just curious, did you order the verde camo patern? I got mine finaly last week, i ordered in April. from what I was told, the verde pattern was in high demand. if I would've known that I would've gotten the other pattern a lot sooner I would've gone with the other. I sure do like the way the verde looks from a distance. and the pants, they are so damn comfortable, im glad I waited and didn't cancel, and trust me I was one day away from canceling.

Ivorytip, Yes I did order the verde camo patern. I sent off another email and they said they were expecting another shipment this week or next. Who knows though. Guess I might get them in time for my hunts next yr.

I wish thed be more forthcoming on time frames though, if they have no control over that I understand but heads up are nice. they are great pants though and im glad I waited and didn't cancel

very comfy pants! loved the way they fit, love the way they held up to the all day drizzle of rain on Wednesday. I put some miles in, Tuesday it was 85 outside and Wednesday it didn't get above 60. 85 was hot while hiking Around but once I opened those vent zippers its felt so darn good. wed morning was cold and wet and I had no problems, gators would have came in handy Wednesday. compared to kryptic id give attacks a big thumbs up. only thing I had thought to myself I wish was different was wider pockets, wasn't a big deal but wider pockets would've been nice, and even a couple more pockets. and main zipper, you know, the piss zipper, doesn't zip down far enough, you have to undo belt and undo pants to take care of business, I frowned at that cuz I couldn't just stop and let loose. but all in all I am very happy with the attack pants and am glad I waited for them.

Has anyone else purchased the Alpine pants? I have only worn mine one time and they did great. I have not been able to hike since July 15 when I found out I have Lyme's disease and it completely blocked my heart. I had to have a pacemaker put in and still can't do too much. Not being able to get out and put them to the test has been killing me and hurting the getting in shape for my elk hunt. Hopefully I'll get a good month in with them before going. I feel for you guys having trouble getting the Attacks. My Alpine's came in about a week back in May.

Thanks Ivorytip. Got another week of antibiotics and I hope that gets it all, but I'm optimistic. Glad it didn't happen any later, or I wouldn't make it out this fall. It certainly is nasty. Good luck with your pants and hunts!

I got my merino base layers when I ordered them a month ago, and was about to cancel the down vest, but was just e-mailed that it was shipped today. The ship must have come in.

Well dang! Finally received my pants and they are too big. Hope I can get them sent back and have the new size back before end of the month. Not counting on it though

I looked online and the 145 base layer shirt top and bottoms and the attack pants showed in stock so I called in and ordered and had them in 4 days. Way different than the jacket I ordered last winter that took 4 months to get. A few months ago I ordered there icon pro 3200 pack that showed in stock and had it fast as well. At that time most of what I ordered showed back ordered.

I almost pulled the trigger on a pair or their pants but decided I couldn't justify that price for pants that don't come in actual sizes (inseam/waist). $100+ is too much for only having generic S, M,L,XL sizes.

Ummmmmm......all the pants i have do have a size ranging from 30 - 40. Inseam is 35" i believe on all of them.
