I really like mine as well. Once you get it set it's great but I found it a little cyber some to get exactly right. No real complaints though.

I've got the harness and its great. I've used the s4 (both models) and its no contest. The fhf doesn't bounce and holds tight. I don't see myself looking at any other harness.

I was set on FHF bino harness after seeing it in person and then they were sold out where i went to order it. :( Ive been checking back and forth for them to get re stocked. I really wish they came in max 1.

It's one of my favorite pieces of gear. The S4, etc. don't even compare. The range finder pouch is pretty solid as well.

The FHF seems very well thought out and the Alaskan looks nice too. The problem for me is material. I am primarily a bow hunter and they are just to noisy.
The Kuiu is quiet and functions perfectly. They fit my HD-Bs like they were made custom to them.

It's disappointing that the FHF Gear bino harness was not included in the last (Feb/March 2015) issue of EHJ, "Gear Lab" evaluation by Eastmans Staff (page 65). I'm confident that some of the staff is aware of the FHF Bino Harness, and possibly owned by a staff member. Could it be that FHF Gear was shunned, because it has not advertised in EHJ? I hope this is not the case, as this would not be serving it's readers! I own the S4 Lock down X, and like it, however, I acquired another pair of binoculars (Vortex Razor 12x50) and in need of another Bino Harness and feel the FHF harness would meet/exceed my needs. Additionally, giving some serious thought to Rino GPS Pouch.

None of our office staff have used an FHF at the time of printing for the review, which is why we didn't include it. We have used their bear spay holster quite extensively but unfortunately haven't spent any time with the FHF.

One of our staff writers however included it in his Christmas picks and that was featured in EHJ.
