Thanks,nope 25/06 and 30/06
All units in Wyoming are limited quota that have to be drawn for or if there are leftover licenses for a particular unit you can buy one first come first served when the leftovers go on sale in July. Some of the units that have very little accessible public land like unit 23 never sell out. All applications for licenses are done online now, as Wyoming did away with paper applications a year ago.Nice bucks, were you in a limited quota area or OTC?
I love my .243 Sako for antelope, but on real windy days I take my 25-06 Ruger out!
Nope, the 25-06 beats the .243 in the wind due to the heavier bullets it shoots! Take a look at the two in ballistics charts.Doesn't the .243win have higher BC aka less wind drift? also faster than the 25-06?
perhaps it depends on bullets...
Other than the 120 partition, these are the bullets I shoot in my 25-06. I shoot the Bergers with H1000 for targets and SKG with imr 4350 for game. Always have had good performance from the SGK on game even though it tends to get overlooked cause it's not newer bullet.topgun , I also shoot a ruger 25/06 shooting berger 115gr and sierra 117gr out of it. have you found better bullet options? these both shoot good. just curious? I have been looking at 6mm possibilities ?
Topgun innovates the shooting world .... self propelled?Topgun, unless that was a typo on your .243 load, you have broken the rules of physics. If you can develop the process further into a perpetual energy machine, then the future of humanity is assured.
