I'm applying as a group for a tag in an area that I do not have enough points to get, and expect to draw my second choice. That's the plan. My hunting partner doesn't want to purchase additional points as this is a one and done hunt for him. (I'll be solo next year, lol) Question, can I, during the application include the costs for my future point, and the other person in the group application, not pay for the point for next year? Is that even possible in a group application to have one person buy a point and the other not? Or, should I just not purchase the point and purchase it after being awarded my second choice? I thought I read a question on this forum a while back about purchasing points after getting a second choice and it may have been a hassle? Thanks and good luck!
