My moose I killed was pretty nasty.

My wife's moose and my buddies moose were both very good.

I think a lot of it had to do with the way they died. Mine was a petty wild experience (that I dont like to think about to be honest). The meat definitely reflected it.

Point creep got me again. I gained another preference point and it takes another point to draw. Same story we all seem to be experiencing. Guess I'll have to wait and hold out hope for better results for the deer, antelope and elk draws

Points required went up across the board as expected. The crazy part is how many points it took to draw even a cow. Several guys dumping some high points to get out of the game. One person used 20 points on a cow... another 18.
