I used to go up by Burlington the first weekend in November and it was quite depressing seeing tons of deer all on private property feeding all day long.

Been there, done that. General stinks.

Two in three years, but only 3 in 22 years total. And last year was a major disappointment.

Thinking back, I've only drawn 3 in the last 20 years and two of them were back to back. Been 8 years since I've seen the successful next to my name in the deer draw.

Apps are still open. In a VERY last second decision I just applied for deer and antelope! Both are really long shots but why not!!!!

Good luck! Hopefully you get to chase to thirty pointer around here. I changed mine last minute also. Not really sure why.

90 for deer and 67 for antelope. My only chance at either is in the regular random draw which is not much of a chance at all. I just didnt want to miss out on waiting for draw results with everyone. HAHA!!

Since the drawing odds are so much better then I thought I will start planning my hunt now!!

The only tag I have drawn in WY other then 2nd choice was in the random draw in 2012. I could be due this year!!

I've been on 5 hunts there and so far so good on the buzzworms.

They're actually not too bad out there. There are some pretty impressive dens in the area although.
