Just looked at those odds. What happens to the leftover non-res mountain goat tags in 4a and 5a?

The new hunt in the tetons. Not going to be an easy hunt to find a legal goat outside the park, and a lot of tags probably focused in a small area.... but at least i have a reason to go look for goats in new country
