From my point of view, the way you did this trip and the total experience made it all a success. The great goat was just a bonus at the end. I find when trying to recruit others to make a hunting trip west, that they just want to drive out, shoot something, and go home. I love doing solo hunts, but my wife doesn't like me to go alone in case something goes bad. I have 6 pts. and was looking at 62 already. I have PM contact with a regular on this forum, and we may have something in the works for another area. If not, I may be in touch.
