I really should have taken a picture of some of our tractors that got stuck in South Dakota... When you step from the cab to the mud without hitting a step you did a good job

Slid off the road in Wyoming last year. Wish I had photos of my high school days.
I don't know how many times I've said "bushes equal traction. Let's get busy, it's gonna take a lot of bushes to get this one out" those are usually my famous last words when I'm spinning like crazy trying to get out of a muddy rut as well..

Not stuck but tipped over! We have really yet to get our side x side stuck, they keep digging until they find traction and launch
"Holy sh**! you good?"
-"I think so.. You good?"
"Ya, that happened quick!"
-"I told you it was gonna hook up.."

There was a recent story in Outdoor Life or Field & Stream titled. "Stuck in the Okavango". The resourcefulness in getting out was amazing. Tim. I love the snowmobile pictures; would love to ride with you sometime.

No pics but couple years ago NW of cody I was in the badlands in my new to me ram 1500 (hadn't even made first payment). Well got going down a two track where I thought maybe I should turn around and then got to point of no return, Well got to the back and was surrounded by huger wash outs, had to pile a ton of rocks up to cross, one spot on the trail it droped and turned left, we were sitting on two wheels beside a drop, i wanted a pic but thought best to keep weight where it was.

Heavy rains can turn the most solid footing in a mud hole. Ive had more than one bowhunt stalled with greasy mud.
