Another report of a calf killed in Jackson County, but the CPW is trying to figure out if it was a Colorado wolf or a Wyoming wolf that did the dirty deed.

Now they are talking about hiring "range riders" to keep the wolves away from livestock. Too bad I'm not 40 years younger and still owned my horse. That would be a cool job to have.

75 cent bullet vs 100k plus to hire multiple range riders. Seems like an easy decision.
You would think but the people of this nation are not known for their common sense. They are in fact known to be the dumbest on the planet. Very seldom taking the intelligent path.

The officials just released more calves killed in Grand County.

There is a unofficial report that one or more elk were killed in the Arrowhead community which is west of Vail on the sough side of I-70.

A large herd of elk winter in this area out on a golf course every year.
