Kicked my own butt this morning pretty good! Burned almost 600 calories while I was at it too so I have that going for me. Back/Biceps/Deadlift this morning, tris and chest tomorrow.

The experts tend to say that 80% of the battle is eating, sounds like you have that going for you already!This is my first post on this thread. Winter usually puts on a few pounds and especially this one being a little colder and snowier than usual. I am 59 and have worked concrete for many years. I get a good workout on the job almost daily. I am 6'-3" and only weigh 169.2#, I just weighed myself this morning because, in the mirror, it looked like i was getting a little gut. In late summer, I will probably be about 160#. I have 38" inseam, I come from tall, lean stock. Keep in mind what I use to look like growing up and trying to find even 1 girl to look my way. Imagine Ichabod Crane with long legs! Although it does make it easier to chase animals thru the high country. So just eating halfway healthy keeps me in decent shape most of the year. I guess i'm lucky.
