Little under weather, but I did my Ab routine before continuing to lay my laminate flooring in the office and hallway upstairs. Hope to finish it over this weekend. Got it started, which is the tough part, so it's starting to flow nicely now. Well, until I have to trim frames and finish around 6 door and a set of steps.

it is winter, conditions constantly change, just run and don't worry about time marcus. I have an extra 20-25 minutes on a hour loop I do right now on my bike.

Saturday

Went out for dinner tonight with wife for late valentines day date. Went in was nice out upper 30's. By the time we got out was snowing a bit and dropped into the upper 20's. So rodes and pavement went to ice so plans to run went out the window. Going to figure something else out for tonight

Sunday

Spent the day at the deer and turkey expo. So expo food not the best for you. Talk to our guy for our fall bear hunt in Ontario. got a lot of our driving route and hotel and other thing figured out for the trip up there.
Going with my dad and brother. Be good for my dad who is still having a hard time with the the loss of his dad in November.

Monday
Had my physical in the morning doctor was happy overal with where im at. blood pressure was good on there end i was only up 20 pounds but i had lost more weight after that visit so im up 30 from my low. Talked and he was happy with my excercise but to help loss more wants me backdown to 1500 calories instead of 1800. He said 1700-1800 is maintaining calorie amout and he asked if all my clothes fron my low point specifically pants still fit and which they do and he seem to think most of it is muscle gain from lifting. Just wants me to stay the course. My lab results posted today and my overall cholesterol went up 40 pointa to 210 but part of it was my good cholesterol went up 6 pointa fron last time which is good. So have to watch my fatty food also not sure how much the expo food the day before didnt effect it. We will wait and see what doctor says when he call next week about all my labs

Late to the party on this one, but just had to chime in real quick and say how inspired I am to get in shape. Need to drop about 40 lbs to really be where I want to for fall hunts this year. Don't konw that I'll get the entire way, but this thread has me realizing that the point is just getting started and being consistent.
