Rest day! Did take one last sunday so was due to take one. Woke up still fighting this super nasty cold i cant seem to shake.

The good news i watched my nutrition this week closely. and weigh in was great. I was 281.6 which was a 8.4 pound loss.

Im super happy with that

It's hard to keep up the workout routine and not overindulge when things like this are being baked over the holidays.

I got another good workout in this morning and spent 15 minutes working with the dog. Overall pretty good morning and based on my step counter I won't be falling short today.

Good run today was really nice out 45 degrees and lot of snow melted so took advantage. Back to a more normal 3 mile time. And a nice 1 mile "cool down" run to get back home after a few minute rest to get water

No workout for me today, rest and recovery. Will be hitting the blind the next two mornings so that means I will get plenty of steps getting to and from so lots of activity. Not a real workout though.

It has definitely been a little warmer earlier this week, but is falling fast now. I aim to get another run in tonight before we drop below freezing again.
