Turns out that 3 Dr. Peppers and a bag of snickers do not help you while working out. I worked out for an hour last night and I could feel that my sugar intake had been way too high for a few days.
Yeah i mean i was like a muscle pull or something but i wasnt able to give it the rest it needed cause it happened like days before the firsr race of that back to back weekends. I could feel on days i didnt run that it felt better so figured the break was needed and been going harder on the other cardio and more strength training to try and boost the muscles around it.Play it safe Marcus and good luck.
