Here it is with the times per miles.Didnt measure there course right so got a weird time. But legs were so shot after first mile they did the course with the hills in the begining. Still on pace with normal pace. Finished 4th in my age group third was 27 flat. They did there sge group different 20-29 instead of 25-29![]()

Rode recumbent bike 43 mins on pyramid setting 15 miles.
Wednesday today was the first day in a few that ive woke up with no pain or soreness in my it band. Probably ride bike again today
