Thanks hoping for a good time this is the same course i ran end of may and got 27 flat. Last 2 miles is a lot of hills. With last quarter mile uphill

Didnt measure there course right so got a weird time. But legs were so shot after first mile they did the course with the hills in the begining. Still on pace with normal pace. Finished 4th in my age group third was 27 flat. They did there sge group different 20-29 instead of 25-29

Been a while since I have posted on this one. I have been able to stay consistent, even with the birth of my second little girl. I felt better this season than I have in a very long time on two pretty intense backpacking, back-country hunts.

How has everyone else felt afterwards?

Seasons just opening here in michigan for bow. So far fewling good. Besides my pulled it band. was super sore Saturday after the race and rested iced and Meds for the day sunday. Feeling better but still sore today but im in the woods cant complain to much

I tweaked my back a bit in mid September. I've just started back to a more aggressive w/o after taking it easier for the past 2.5 weeks.
Keep up the good work guys!

Rode recumbent bike 43 mins on pyramid setting 15 miles.


Wednesday today was the first day in a few that ive woke up with no pain or soreness in my it band. Probably ride bike again today

Hip abduction and hip extension leg curls for legs

Arms i can do military press, curls, triceps. Lateral raises front raises. Look up stuff online its unlimited what you can do. I got a workout bench now so mainly do just legs workouts

Got massively derailed here with Hurricane Harvey. My office was shut down for 2 weeks and school was cancelled for 2 weeks too.

Then I had to celebrate a birthday and the week prior my Grandmother passed so I had to go to a funeral.

Finally got back at it last weekend. Friday and Saturday it was ROUGH and I was feeling pretty down- like all the hard work I had done all summer I had let slip away. Sunday I rested due to a sore leg but this week I have been at Orange Theory classes and crushing it. Cardio close to as good as it was at max output. Strong as I have ever been.

Just goes to show that if you put in some good work it doesn't take too terrible long to get back in shape. I've got some LB's to drop but the first 10 will come off quick with 4 scouting days

9 days till we leave for 2 weeks of elk camp!

Went for run didnt go super hard but still pushed not a horrible time. Legs been good through the day last two days was a little tight for the run tonight loosened up a bit as i ran. Iced it a bit when i got home now time to relax watch my red wings play hockey

Nothing had a late shift friday and a wedding saturday

Sunday weigh in sucked 284 up 7lbs from 2 weeks ago.

Race went well had 27:55. Leg was bugging me still. If i can figure it out my wife took a video of my finish u can see in my stride i was favoring my right leg
