Flat Bench: Worked up to 250 x 5 x 5
3 sets of push ups
EZ Curls: worked up to 115 x 5x 3
Hammer Curls: 55 x 10 x 3
Traps: 205 x 10 x 3

Shoveled drive way for 15-20 mins

Then did my tabata circuits 20 secs on 10 sec rest repeat 8 times then 1 minute break the do next exercise. I did

Burpees
Jumping squats
High knee
Jumping jacks

Then did 20 mins on eliptical inclined. Short night's sleep after get out late tonight and back to work at 4am

5 mile run with varying inclines at each mile marker. Completed the run in 43 minutes!
%age for each mile as follows: 2-8-6-4-2

Went for a run not good time but had snowed night before and no one shovel their portion. Good burn on the legs though

Recumbent bike 30 min 10 miles on pikes peak setting. Short ride due to lack of time

I got an ok workout in this morning. Ready for this cold snap to end so I can actually workout with all of my equipment. When dumbbells are too cold hold with insulated gloves you know it's cold....

If only I was a runner, this 75 - 80 degree weather would be great for a run on the 47 miles of beaches here. Instead I will settle for 12 ounce curls today! I will get a taste of all that snow out west in 2 weeks skiing.

Sunday:
Drag my buck 1/2 mile out of the swamp and UP to the truck. Last day of season in Ohio. Got it done with 15 minutes left in the season.
