Way to go Marcus. I see you are meeting or just missing the goal time. I bet this little bit of motivation is really driving you!?
Stay at it my friend and congrats on the latest milestone.
I've been away hunting and then catching up at home and work. Hopefully to settle into some normalcy later this week.
How did your hunts go? I know around here that the weather wasnt the greatest the last week. Thanks yes its definitely motivation

Marcus,
Wyoming lope hunt was better than expected as far as quality of animals. However it was a very tough hunt.
Montana was lacking from a quality hunt aspect, but I did kill an average buck.
Took 2 rookies on their first hunts.... it was a challenge and learning experience for us all. I just hope everyone learned. :)
However, I don't consider any hunt bad. :)

I also killed a doe here in Ohio last week.

I'm starting back on the workouts tonight.

Nice sounds like you had fun and put some meat in the freezer. Its always great bringing someone on there first hunt. Yeah a bad day in the woods is better the the best day at work.

Back to the grind. Monday night was Chest night as that is the internationally recognized day to train chest. :)
A few chest exercises followed by 5 sets of 10 on traps.

If you really want to screw people at the gym up, and have the equipment to yourself, do legs on Monday!

I did my first run in a long time the other night. Was a good run, but it showed I hadn't run in a while...

Wednesday
Took the day off . Had a gun club gun raffle i was helping with after work so didnt get home till 10:00. Decided to sleep instead of exercise.

Thursday

And i did
4 sets 30 ab crunches
2 sets 15 leg lifts
2 sets 30 bicycle crunches
3 30 sec plank holds
3 sets 10 jumping squats

Been noticing more fatigue in my legs well running the last few weeks and my weight doesnt seem to be moving much starting to wonder if my poor sleeping has something to do with it last 4 weeks ive gotten 5-6 hours a night a few nights only 4 hours. Is this something that could slow my weight loss?

Sleep can absolutely affect the results. Eating habits, stress, etc. can all contribute. Best bet is to try to get some more sleep and go from there.

When I get less than 6 hours, weight maintains no matter how hard I workout. Body just stores too much because it feels like sleep deprivation is happening.

When I get more than 6 hours weight comes off fast.

Friday
Rode recumbent bike 30 mins on cross training setting got 9.6 miles

Saturday.

Wanted to go for a run but we are getting blasted with a winter storm that started saturday evening. So it was super slick from the temps dropping with the storm coming in. So played it safe and worked out inside.

Tabata
Burpees
Jumping squats
High knee
Jumping jacks

Rode recumbent bike 30 mins cross training setting got 9.8 miles

Sunday.

Got good sleep 8.5 hours

Weigh in i lost 2.4 pounds to go back to 88.4 pounds down

My exercise was shoveling the drive way twice today. Heavy wet snow makes it cardio and strength
