Markus you are doing great. Your dedication is beyond admirable, says a lot about your mental fortitude.

Getting back into a regular schedule now with my workouts.

Only ran two miles. Got dark to fast and my back/hip was bugging me midway through the 2nd mile. Still keeping up with the challenge

Great work Marcus!
I've been busting it around the house the past 2 weeks; so no gym time, but plenty of exercise.
Heading to Montana this weekend.

Saw several deer this weekend just nothing in bow range. Today starts our 15 day gun season so hoping to get out a lot more still. Haven't been running outside much due to being busy and the street lamps are being worked on so i would be tunning in the dark and dont feel safe with oit a little bit of little on the side walks. Ate like crap Saturday night and sunday for deer camp. Got to plan my snacks and stuff a little bit better for thanksgiving weekend deer camp.

Love that your still going strong!
Thanks my eatting has slipped a light. Just need to tighten that up.

Exercising im trying to transition to more indoor stuff since the weather and day light aren't as nice as it was. But hoping to still run outside when i can.

Hunting is also taking up some of the extra time i had for exercise.

Its getting hard right now time management wise once the seasons over it should help me free some time up.

I finally went to a chiropractor for the first time. I guess 47 years of injuries catch up. Dang they put you into some weird positions and than crack you. As the chiropractor stated, it starts in your left ankle, goes to your knee, than into your hip and over to your middle right back and than back to the left shoulder.

question, do you folks work out the same day as a chiropractor or skip a day. I kept working out on the same day and my wife is saying I should not. What is the verdict?

thanks
tim

great day of hunting Saturday. 5 bucks before noon and 30 head of elk in the afternoon. I am wondering if I screwed up on the bucks I passed up Saturday. biggest was low 130's.

Big topic... I've always been a believer that your bones get misaligned by shortened muscles. Working out will cause muscles to shorten so I am of the mindset that working out the same day is not the way to go. It's best if you do get adjusted to skip the stress on muscles for the next day or two.

Way to go Marcus. I see you are meeting or just missing the goal time. I bet this little bit of motivation is really driving you!?
Stay at it my friend and congrats on the latest milestone.
I've been away hunting and then catching up at home and work. Hopefully to settle into some normalcy later this week.
