Thanks tim yeah i had a banana some sweet potatoes and gatorade and took a potassium pill to hopefully fix the cramping. Seem better today. Need to work on drinking more water probably

one swig of pickle juice will cure ya, I got this from my bud who won the powder puff 100. 100 mile singletrack bike race with 16,000 vert. They get it done in a day.

Quiet day. No drama. About 7,500 steps and 3.5 miles so far for the day. Took on a 20-minute walk around the neighborhood with terrain. Any guess as to where the incline is?....
