Back on the mountain bike after months of making excuses starting after wrist surgery I'm slowly getting I'm mojo back most of my rides are short 4 miles with around 700' of climbing 3 days a week I'm at 19000' feet of climbing for the year my goal is to match my best year of 175000' of climbing The problem iv been having its like starting over after not riding for so long and knowing where i was at before.

Out ran the storms this night to get my run in. But run didnt feel good pushed through but still body wasnt feeling it today.

It was a 5k. Its called the 5-0 5k. Money goes to the fallin office family fund for the county. Ran a decent time for how bad my times fell off over the winter. 29:04. Finished 5th in my age group and 54th overallHow'd the race go? which race? distance/time etc...?

I can attest to this...if you want to lose weight, create a stressful work project, don't eat during it and go like a mad man.
