Well, my leg is 100% and the back is about 90% from my two mishaps. I'm going to ease back into my workout this week to be sure before going full-bore again.

Monday
Chest & Biceps

Tuesday
Shoulders & Biceps

Everything felt fine during and after the workout. I'll hit some cardio & abs tomorrow and continue to monitor but all looks good at this point. Keep Hammering guys!

Back on the mountain bike after months of making excuses starting after wrist surgery I'm slowly getting I'm mojo back most of my rides are short 4 miles with around 700' of climbing 3 days a week I'm at 19000' feet of climbing for the year my goal is to match my best year of 175000' of climbing The problem iv been having its like starting over after not riding for so long and knowing where i was at before.

I wish you luck and remember ride fast and take chances!

Like I always tell my buddies before an atv ride; if someone is not broke down, out of gas, hung-up, or hurt, we are not trying to have fun! LOL

And got momma registered for her first comp in August. I have to learn to spot her lol. I think I'm more excited then she is.

Used as rest day but did bunch of house work and opened up camper.

Tuesday
Recumbent bike 60 mins cross training setting 20.75 miles

Wednesday
Out ran the storms this night to get my run in. But run didnt feel good pushed through but still body wasnt feeling it today.

Thursday
Recumbent bike 60 mins pyramid setting. 21.05 miles

It was a 5k. Its called the 5-0 5k. Money goes to the fallin office family fund for the county. Ran a decent time for how bad my times fell off over the winter. 29:04. Finished 5th in my age group and 54th overall

Saturday.

Worked then went to my brothers bump and run derby race and helped him in the pits. So no workout do to time.

Sunday

Weigh in up 2.9 pounds to 303.8. :(

Mother's day traveling no workout

Weather effected my running this week rained almost every night only got one in and had to put run the storms that day. Monday lifts havent been happening either due to doctors appointments every monday for like 2 months now. Boys have been having some sickness issues. And had surgeries. Hoping after this monday to get my monday lifts back in.

Got to get ramped up for my cross country 5k on Saturday.

if you want to lose weight, create a stressful work project, don't eat during it and go like a mad man.
I can attest to this...
My leg is now healed 100%. Back is stuck at 90% so I continue to take it easy doing enough to stay active while working on minor home projects.
