I got a pretty good one in this morning, at this point I am working on improving the body fat percentage while not really effecting weight loss. I.E. putting on a little bit of muscle while getting leaner.

I don't know if any of you guys follow AthleanX on YouTube but it is by far the best fitness channel on there IMO. Every workout he does is backed by science and is tailored more for an 'Athletes' body rather than just a meat head. He has a ton of great stuff on there and great workouts.

Went for a good run on Friday and had a great time. Unfortunately, I seemed to have tweaked my back a little cutting/splitting wood. Looking to take a few days off to rest up. Nothing serious, but enough to aggravate you.

I kicked butt shed hunting for a week and started to get some weight off. Hernia surgery shot that to crap! I’m just now feeling good but leaving for Vaca in 2 days so I guess I’ll hit the restart button when I get home.

Wish I had an ice rink close enough to play. However men's leagues have the worst times to play.

College killed me, always ran a lot, roughly 12-18 miles week in the warm months every summer when I had more labor-intensive jobs but once school started I was done. That was due to school needs mainly but also a MT deer tag where I was sleeping in my pickup several nights a weekend for but also due to the North Dakota temps being so cold; I generally run outide. With that I am only 22 so graduating HS at 18 I was benching 275 max and squating 315 (lifelong back inury). But I am expected to be graduating shortly so I am expecting to get back to my old habits with regular work-out days. I am not as concerned with weight numbers but hoping to pack deer etc easier.

Good luck getting back into the routine. The sooner the better, college feels like it was yesterday and the weight sticks around a little tougher every year...
