Made a killer Venison Meatloaf!
1lb venison burger
1 tspn salt
1 tspn black pepper
1 tspn red pepper
1 tblspn Dijon mustard
2 tspn Worcestershire
2 tspn Italian seasoning
2 tspn Oregano
1 tspn Sage
2 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 onion (diced)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (cubed/shredded)
Mix everything together and cook at 350 for 45/50 min.
Don't forget the sauce!
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tspn creamed horseradish
1 tspn Dijon mustard
1 tspn white vinegar.
Pour over top of meatloaf before baking.
