beautiful home. you are a blessed man!

what is the elevation there?

we occasionally get a foot or more but seldom have more than 5 inches tops at any given time most winters.
Thanks Kid. Our elevation is about 1,600'. The original building was built by the Youth Conservation Corps in 1937 using the "Swedish Cope" method, supervised by several first generation Fins. The building was used as our community golf course club house for over 40 years, and when they decided on a new building I bought it on site for $500. 30+ years of labor later it was just appraised at $580K. The way things are going, it might be worth $500 again in the next couple years.

wow that is some deep snow for such low elevation. I am at 3600 and we barely get a fraction of that. but I do live in a dry climate.

Where you going in Belize? I’ve been to ambergris caye, and it was fun, but other than the permit, fishing was a little disappointing. Did catch the slam, but my tarpon was about 2 pounds
I’m not sure yet, have only looked at flights thus far. Definitely going for the fishing!

Even though I live in area where I see a lot of turkey traffic, they have not shown up yet. Have not seen them since November. Expect them soon I hope.

Snowmobiling, snowboarding, ice fishing, hut trips and other family activities keep us busy.. Girls are getting bigger and my 10 year old is learning to ride a snowmobile…

Pretty normal winter here as far as snowfall just got another 3’ across the high country so a good reset as we head into spring.
