What does everyone think? Trail cam pic

My buddy got this pic on his trail cam, the pics from the night before show some elk goofing around close to the camera then it got knocked over this pic is from the next night, I can't quite tell what it is I'm thinking a bear,

I rotated the pic to make it kinda look how I see it on this next photo but what do you guys think, I can't see any ears but I think it might be walking up to the camera to smell it but I'm not sure there are no other pics after it

looks like predator forward facing eyes to me, bear or cat? Hard to tell without nose and ears for me. Bear sounds good to me.

Might be a guy from one of ivorytip's youtube videos...

My first thought was it looks like a bear plus they'll come right up to sniff and push trail cameras like that, but the eye just doesn't look right for a bear.

I agree it kinda looks like a lion because of the eye, but the slant on the nose looks kinda like a bear to me, and scottR let me ask my buddy and make sure he is ok with it first

Looks like a bear to me. Ears laid back, curiously inspecting the camera. Long nose.
