My dad is 70 years old and has been banking points and wants to go for his elk hunt this year. I have decided to hold off on any personal hunts and try to give him the best hunt possible. Trying to figure out where to go he really enjoys low pressure hunts with a good chance at killing a nice bull but that is secondary. Lots of research thinking early rifle 76 or muzzy 61 right now. Any suggestions would be helpful as well. He can't get around like he used to but still has the burning desire so we should have a great year scouting and putting a plan together regardless of where it happens.
