I have seen a few guys talking about their trips this year but I was curious what everyone else has planned.....I do not believe there is a thread for 2015 and apologize for duplicating if there is. So what do you have planned?

I am leaving Sunday a.m. For 5 days Idaho archery elk and will have a deer tag also just in case! Sept 26 -28 archery opener in Ohio for whitetail, back again nov 7 th for 6 days, and will go back for ML in January if not tagged out. I am pushing it, but trying to work in a weekend in October for fl archery season for a hog - I have a 3 year streak in same stand on public land on opening day I don't wanna break:) December could yield a weekend or two for some dog hunting hogs in fl. And I am sure I will get at least one weekend chasing an Osceola turkey in March. As I write all this it hits me that I have a bunch of opportunities and one really understanding wife! Also blessed to have all these opportunities and have to say this would be a helluva different wild game slam!

Good luck to all of you this year.

Only 5 days for archery elk? You must have one tied up somewhere.:D
SE Montana in November for mule deer, Merriam's turkeys and upland birds for me. Other than that, waterfowl, archery and firearms deer hunting back home.

Im headed to Idaho in 2 weeks with a general deer tag, a wolf tag, a 270 Winchester and almost no plan at all. The area i wanted to start in is on fire so Im going to try another and hope its not on fire by then too. Going to see some new country I have wanted to see for a while and punching a tag will be icing on the cake! I have a general elk tag too but the area I want to hunt is also closed due to fire. Will see what happens between now and October 10. Here at home I will get a ML tag and carry the smokepole with me at work. I know, things are pretty tough when you have to hunt while you work!;)

Nothing major for me. Just deer hunting here in GA. and maybe MO. My main trip this year is fishing for 7 days in MT. May turkey hunt here in the spring and may go to MO for turkeys to.

Well... I drew an az muzzy tag for bulls last week in sept, I have a wyoming general tag, a co archery elk tag, a wyoming general deer tag, and a 5th season rifle cow tag in co (family meat) and a otc archery deer tag in az. The kicker is my wife is due with our first right before my az muzzy hunt starts. I'm not bragging, I just either got really lucky with tags, or I'm a poor planner.... I say both! Best of luck guys

I am leaving for Vaca on Sept 10th to Florida with the family. My daughter and I will be going on a guided hog hunt while we are there.

My wife Nv deer opener is on Oct 5 so I'll be pounding the hills looking for a few bucks I know are in the area.

Oct 8-10 I will be Bear Hunting in Nv

Oct 16-19 I will be in Wy with the Eastmans hunting Antelope

Oct 26-30 will be also hunting for my wife deer if we didn't get it done on the opener. If we did we will head down south to set up camp and hunt for my daughters first Jr deer.

In Nov I will be taking two friends on their Nv deer hunts.

Then the rest of the year will be lion hunting and coyote hunting. I hope for snow this year.

right now, hoping for a summer season ending event to open the woods back up(2 inches of rain or snow). the forest service has closed large tracts of national forest due to fires. this usually happens anywhere from mid september to mid october.

Actually, just found out I was drawn for a reserved public hunt here in Indiana.. Which brings my total up to a possible total of 4 Indiana bucks. I have just 2 days to get it done on the reserved hunt, so it's a long shot but on some pretty good ground.

Archery elk get's going next weekend, followed by antelope, a guided deer hunt, then back to rifle elk until December. I'll be squeezing in waterfowl until mid Feb followed by snow geese until the end of March followed by turkey. Pretty much the same as last year and the year before and the year before....

Those all sound good! I leave in the morning for archery New Mexico deer, and then up to Colorado archery deer and elk. Then when I get home from that, I'll work for a bit then on the 30th I'm headed to Idaho for a Shiras moose and then in November headed back to Idaho for archery muleys. Going to be one hell of a year! Happy huntin and good luck to all!
