My opinion is they are tough to beat in their price range, especially considering warranty and service into the decision.

I don't have the talons. But I have a pair of the diamondbacks. They good for the price. But the reason I'm writing this is because the warranty and srevice are great. My diamondbacks where in bad shape and I sent them in and a week later they came back good as new. No questions asked. They were messed up do to rough use by me and my kids. If Vortex keeps there warranty I will be getting a new pair of binos and a spotter next year.

My wife owns the vortex talons. For the money I don't think they can be beat. IMO

Love my talon 10xs.very clear, used on a sheep hunt and deer hunt last year
