ok, so ive stated on here before the prob ive had with my kryptec pants. I don't mean to brand drop but at the same time I think its important to brand drop. I've been waiting since dec 15 since ive sent my pants to them. reason for sending them back was due to a few tares in them, tares I've never had in my other much cheaper hunting pants. and I didn't even hunt as hard in these things as I do my other pants. so.... they said they replace them. I've been waiting and waiting to hear back and every time I call the person I need to talk to is always at lunch, doesn't matter what time I call. I finally made contact today via email and I was told they wouldn't have a shipment in until July 1st!!!!!! are you kidding me??!! so I told her I didn't blame her but that I would like my old pants back and I would repair them my self and reinforce them to prevent further ripping, also said im not happy that I paid that much for a pair of pants that didn't hold up as should have and to have horrible customer service to follow. 7 months to wait for a pair of pants????? that's so absurd! with the amount of money these places make on the prices they charge they should have no prob taking care of costumers.

WOW ! Never would have thought you would have that kind of problem from them, I will stick with Sitka and KUIU ! I have never had to return anything to either of them but I would hope they would have better Customer Service than what your getting.

That isn't even remotely close to customer service in my book. I could maybe understand a month or two but 7 months! That's crazy! Sorry you have to deal with this! Good luck!

so, what is stopping them from just sending you a new pair of pants? Seems like that would fix things a little quicker. That's a bad deal and hopefully isn't the norm.

I wonder if this is normal or due to the longshoreman strike that has shipping containers sitting out at sea? If this clothing is made in Asia, I would think it would be affected by the strike.

From what I have heard, KUIU isn't any better in having products on hand. There's a thread here about items being constantly out of stock.

I doubt many specialty companies have much inventory during the off season.
So they may have sold out and the next shipment is the begginning of summer. just in time for the selling season for next fall's hunts.

what I don't get is... even if they don't have any in inventory.... walk to sportsmans or cabelas and get me a pair!! its not like I paid $15 on them you know... they aren't cheap. after I made that last response to them I got an email saying they think they found a pair in their warehouse in MI.... and ruttin.... core4 is great! ive have pans and shirt and jacket that have proven them selves through some ruff conditions.

I have had trouble with Kryptek as well. I ordered a pair of pants last year during June for an elk hunt that was not until the end of August. I was told they would not have my size until after the middle of September. I tried finding them on any site, and had zero luck. Some places had the pant, but it was always in larger sizes.

I got new pants in mail yesterday, so all in all it worked out. I hope I can take them to sportsmans and trade them out for a diff size, ive lost 20lbs since the time I sent old ones off. tags are on new pair still so I don't think it should be a prob should it?
