Still saving preference points as the odds in me drawing a decent tag in Utah appear to me 10 years away for me.

Just about all states are getting that way for non residents, but we keep putting in and crossing our fingers.
At least in Utah with their screwed up bonus point system you do have a chance as long as there are two non resident tags offered in your hunt. It is slim but the chance is there.
