Utah MRS confusion

I guess I'm confused about what the new digital version of the MRS does for me versus the regular printed version. I was doing some Utah research last night and when looking at what is available on the digital version, there was no difference. I thought the digital version was to provide additional expanded research information.

Maybe I was looking in the wrong places, so could someone head me in the right direction?

Thanks,

Just a suggestion, but if you are confused now, avoid using the Utah MRS for your research or you will be really confused. I believe Utah is by far their weakest MRS with Wyoming being by far their best MRS (the Eastman's home state). For the past several years I have I found the Wyoming write up to be a pretty valuable tool and consistent with my own research, however the Utah write up is way off my own research.

My issue is I paid for additional information and there is none!!! Unless I'm not in the correct location, which I'm pretty sure I'm not.

Thanks ScottR!

I'm one of those guys that is sitting in that 4-5 point range dependent upon species and wondering if there were any decent tags to be had, or should I just put in for points again this year. I know I'll draw a pretty good blue chip WY antelope tag this year and a couple tags here in Colorado, but just trying to decipher my Utah options.

thanks,

Give our office a call and talk to Dan P. about Utah. He would love the feedback.

Utah is scheduled to get a bottoms up review next year for all species. In other words, we will be starting from scratch with a very extensive data review.

Your feedback will be considered in that extensive review and some of you know I have contacted you for your thoughts.

We have done the full-scale review on some states (like Colorado) and some species this year. Over the next couple years, all the states and species will have that done, so Utah is not exceptional in that regard.

You can send feedback either to Dan, the managing editor, or to me, the research editor. [email protected]
