Off the top of my head, I know 106 covers the NW quadrant of 24 and has good goats in that portion as an option to think about.

Where is 51? Not that Im that worried about it but I was reading about these units on Guys blog and looking at the map in the MRS just to see where they were and I cant find 51 anywhere in the MRS.

Far NW corner right next to YP. Rated as "marginal" in this years MRS.

I'd go back and read everything in this thread that UH posted and then hope that some people chime back in like Triple BB that have actually hunted it recently. I know if I drew that tag that I'd be waiting until 2015 for the goat tag and giving 24 elk 100% of my time and effort, but everyone to his own!
