Thats is funny, but sad that people really think that. We run cattle in Montana and it is amazing how people don't have a clue how not only the meat but the vegeies they eat come from a farm or ranch.

HA I deal with the same thing with a employee at work. I have a relative that will not eat wild game because it did not come from the grocery store. I would rather eat a elk steak that I packed out and processed my self than eat some beef burger from WalMart.

I'm from California, so I deal with this stuff all the time too. I was looking at an aerial photo once with an engineer graduate (smart person?) and she asked me what all the green squares were? I had to tell her that they were agricultural plots, probably cotton or wheat fields. Her response was" We still grow that stuff?" I asked her where she thought it came from if we weren't growing it anymore and she told me the grocery store! I couldn't help but laugh. True story I swear.
