wapitabob, everything in that letter is correct. if the guys in the office don't know any better they shouldn't be writing the mrs. the only reason game and fish get away with this crap is because 95% of the applicants have no clue. if they did pts systems would not survive to screw nonresidents. the people just starting out are the life blood to the guys that have a lot of pts. eastmans should hire wapitabob.
