Things are definitely looking up here in Colorado!

I just got a call from my barber and she is opening up this Friday as the gradual reopening of Colorado is beginning. I usually get a haircut once a month and it's been over 2 months and I am looking pretty scruffy!

My wife owns a salon in small town Nebraska. She is allowed to open next week. Weird timing as our cases are really climbing right now- more than doubled in the last week as a state. I believe our governor is of the opinion that the effects of this are not as bad as previously thought so may as well slowly open things up. Time will tell if it was a good decision or not I guess...

Mine might open up next week sometime with a lot of restrictions.

I haven't had this much hair on my head since high school..

Colorado's new cases and deaths have really dropped almost off the chart!!

I've already hit the back porch and let my wife take to me with the clippers. Not sure if she is willing to do it again. Seems like it was a traumatic experience for her. I simply told her if she messed it up, I'd just bur my entire head.

If the lockdown went much further I was thinking of just doing a Yul Brynner and shaving my head.

Yeah, I'm gonna keep social distancing for a while but I do think I'll go get a haircut … my hair hasn't been this long since high-school !!

I went to work this morning on mine with a number 6 comb and buzzer. I'll need some help with my neckline though.

Not ashamed to admit, my wife cuts my hair. She does a damned good job, and I don't get arrested for... well...

Anyway, win win!

Colorado has loosened up some and now the barber shops open tomorrow (Friday, May1). I have a 9:00 am appointment.

I'll wait until next week after the rush gets done at my barber, that is if she opens back up.

I also have to go down to south Denver for a doctors appointment on Tuesday. They called the other day to confirm my appointment and told me that they are using a virtual waiting room and for me to call them when I get to the parking lot and to stay in my car. They will then call me back when they are ready for me.

my wife just flew to colorado from idaho. 9 people on the plane. the denver airport is empty she said.
on another note, as a business owner, all my bills are paid and i get to open tomorrow. Woohoo
