I agree that it doesn't make much sense, but in the end they hold all the cards and can do whatever they want.

unfortunately...im thinking it could be the 20th even with it being a saturday...I dont recall them having it posted on their calendar like they have this whole time in years past...but hopefully im mistaken! i just wanna see elk..successful..first choice...proceed to buy lottery ticket...retire. Got it all planned gentleman!
It is bordering on the ridiculous. The apps are due the 1st. The computers take hardly any time to do the draw on the 2nd. Humans take one or even two days to double check, inspect, etc. The latest it should be out would be the 5th depending on days of the week.

I doubt the guy that decides when to post results has anything to do with answering calls. I bet they are checking and rechecking results to make sure some poor sap doesn't get "successful" when he hasn't been.

Ya little disappointing but I'm still convinced it will be a weekday and not sat the 20th. So I'm thinking Friday unless they are all messed up then it would be next week. So Friday it is.

I was in their office on Monday getting my address changed and the lady didn't even know if they'd run the draws yet. I guess we are talking about a government entity so we shouldn't expect a whole lot.

This thread cracks me up! Grizz put in for pipe-dream Elk and Deer units because general is always a good choice when you don't get drawn. Should draw Antelope and my wife and I will pick up some leftover doe/cow tags to fill freezers. "May the odds be ever in your favor!"
