Sad news. For what it’s worth, it made me flash back to my GSP’s. Those were some good days, fun hunts. It’s been a while but still miss them. New dogs will come, and you’ll love them too but it is all a little different. Each has their own place, that for sure.

Thanks Guys , I'll be looking for one that looks like him, Mostly white. A month ago they where all over ,so it might be next year, which is fine i still have two labs to finish off if i don't find what i want. He looked alot like Montana's dog on the left when he was young.

Took my GSP in to the vet yesterday and got the dreaded news he has cancer, thought he would get the next couple years to enjoy retirement but it looks like it will be a few months instead. This was his last hunt and limit
DOOD... so sorry to hear that. The only one that doesn't break you heart is the one you don't outlive.
